To qualify as a Broken Hill High School Golden Oldie you must be, any ex-student who attended BHHS in the years from 1920-1957 is welcome, even if your first year was 1957. Your spouse is also welcome regardless of where he or she attended school.
The Golden Oldies are valued supporters of our school and we look forward to their visit every year.
This year the visit will occur from Friday the 25th of September until Monday the 28th of September. On the Monday the Golden Oldies will visit the school for an assembly and Morning Tea. They will take part in the traditional "War Cry" challenge. Each year the new Year 7 cohort challenges the Golden Oldies in a chant. The honors are evenly split so it will be interesting to see who wins this year.
